Ladha village recently benefited from a large-scale free health check-up camp organised by the Vijayshree Healthcare team, led by Dr. Sachin Patil, Consultant Physician and Diabetologist. The initiative was conducted as part of the hospital’s community outreach efforts to improve access to essential medical care.
The camp witnessed participation from over 500 residents, highlighting both strong community involvement and the ongoing need for accessible healthcare services in rural areas.
The Vijayshree Healthcare medical team provided free consultations and free medicines across multiple specialties, including General Medicine, Pediatrics, Gynecology, Orthopaedics, Dermatology, and Dental care. Patients of all age groups were evaluated for common medical concerns as well as chronic health conditions.
Under the clinical supervision of Dr. Sachin Patil, special emphasis was placed on blood pressure monitoring, diabetes screening, general health assessment, and early identification of lifestyle-related and chronic illnesses. Patients received appropriate medical advice, treatment guidance, and recommendations for follow-up care when required.
In addition to consultations, essential medicines were distributed free of cost, ensuring immediate support for patients who required treatment. Preventive healthcare counselling and awareness on early symptom recognition were also part of the program.
Community-based initiatives such as the Ladha free health check-up camp reflect Vijayshree Healthcare’s commitment to preventive medicine, ethical practice, and continuity of care, particularly for underserved populations.
